ok so I'm wanting to start a fasting..or whatever it's called, I'm 5'2" and 125 lbs. I want to be at 110 in 2 weeks, any idea on how to do this with out completely avoiding food? I was thinking, eat a fruit per meal, and only drink water plus working out every morning...Some help to get me started would be great...

drink a lot lot lot of water. i like to eat a high fiber breakfast like kashi go lean crunch cereal because it gets everything moving if you know what i mean lol... 5 lbs in 2 weeks is definitely do-able. i don't know i really just hate myself so much it's easy not to eat =\
