why is it that the days i don't exercise, i just don't care about what i eat. so then, i'll just eat what i want and i CAN'T STOP! UGH i hate that! but then the days i DO exercise...im soo good about what i take in. but the thing is, my leg's been hurting me so i haven't been able to work out. but tonight i just swam and it feels so good. i haven't
