I went to the zoo yesterday! It was so much fun! Believe it or not, I actually have not been to a real zoo since I was about 7 or so. We sooo need to hang out when I get home in December. I really miss you! I am having trouble getting close to people out here... I am incredibly homesick right now :(

Of course I kicked the pelican's ass! Actually, I screamed like a little girl and ran away. I'm told it was quite humorous. :)
Anyway, of course we have to hang out in December! I will hopefully be home from Christmas thru Dec 29. Oddly enough, I was thinking about your parents tonight at work while I was washing dishes for closing. I really need to call them. I feel like I abandoned them or something.
