amost 4 am. have to work at 5 am. closed last night. stayed up all night. went out with roomie and her man. walking to work. hope the cops don't pick me up.

Today, I have eaten 3 pieces of whole wheat bread, 60 calories of sliced turkey, a mojo bar, done a half hour of cardio with a heart rate between 145 and 180. I had one packet of Emeren C (20 calories) and had ballet and modern. Why am I not losing weight?
