SO, oh myyyyyyyyy god I have my car back. It's insured too but still no tag. Apparently it may possibly need a catalytic converter for it to pass the emissions test. The impound business is fucking bullshit. My car was up there for 8 days, after 7 they tack another $100 onto the bill. It was fucking bullshit

yes. all cars must have a catalytic converter for it to pass emmissions...

you could always take it somewhere like Jackson, where you dont have to have emmissions to get your tag.
