***hugs*** Nobody's leaving you! We're all here, and you're not driving us away. :) I think it's a huge show of your actual strength that you can work through what the issues are in here instead of hiding your head in the sand and ignoring them--that's a great sign, no matter how horrible you feel at the moment. Keep that in mind when you feel panicked--however much of a mess you feel, you're thinking it through and dealing with it, and that's so, so hard.

I also think it's a great idea to see that other psychiatrist. It's clear your meds are not working properly, and your current one has shown a blatant disregard for what you actually need for a while now.

***more hugs***

♥ I think calling the other psychiatrist is a great idea. These side-effects are just hellish, and it would be great to have a second opinion on what's going on and whether it's remotely necessary.

I'm sorry that David's going to be gone. I have absolute faith that you can take care of yourself, even during these darker days, but I know it's a huge thing to have in-person support. You'll make it, I promise ♥

Seeing a psychiatrist sounds like a good plan, and you know, doing that is part of self-care. Hang in there. ♥
