I just got done debating with an old friend about whether or not jews, christians, and muslims worship different gods or the same god. It was really odd taking that step outside of grinnell, and felt oddly like taking a step backwards.

[pungmul] I just got back from the korean percussion ensemble. It was amazing. I am in love. There are no words. (ok, actually there are, but they are insignificant) They had two creative jazz musicians, one on bass/shamisen and the other on sax. I now have something else i want to learn...
