adam, i really think that you need to take a breather. i know that you are feeling better right now..but in a few days you are going to be down on yourself again. only you can control your emotions..so don't allow them to take a hold of you. just smile and appreciate the real beauty in the world. you would be a much happier person if you would focus on small positive things, rather than blowing the negative out of proportion. well i love you and you know that so i hope you have a great week and weekend and maybe i'll see you around love.

adam your sister is really nice. she takes after you. theres no other younger sibling i know who would hang out with her older brother and his friends.

kara puts things into words very well. so i cant top what she said. but all i really can say besides "kara is right" is me, along with all your other friends, care for you and we're here for you. i know it sounds cliche but im willing to talk with you anytime and id be happy to honestly. we dont really talk much lately.
