Too funny! And the name "Big Ben" is trademarked, not Ben Andrews (fuck that clock thing in London I guess). Unless you go by this moniker, I think you're fine

actually both are trademarked on his my space page. but the fact he trademarked a british landmark as his own name shows that he has no shame.
