Ooooh, that sounds wonderful! I have to entertain my parents this weekend, but if you end up with some good recipes, I would love to peruse them!

I know you've probably got a zillion plans, but if any of them happen to bring you into the city, mom is also invited to stop by!

Will see what I can do about recipes and things. I think we're going to start fairly simple, but who knows...

I have all SORTS of wonderful ingredients to play with already, and we're hitting the market tomorrow for specialty things and a LOT more spices!

Oooo, a couple of months ago there was a little Indian food market place that opened up that's about 2 blocks from where I live. Once I have time to cook more often (which looks like after December) I am going to be so excited by this fact :)

Rasgolla, if it's what I'm thinking of is quite tasty. Though I think my favorite indian dessert would have to be rasmalai. Now I'm getting really hungry!
