I have narrowed the search for a location of a ground base to three locations. There is some coastal land in California I could use, then there's a some land with a great view of mountains in Montana, but I'm starting to lean toward a place in New York city maybe, I found a decent deal in Manhattan I can take a few apartments and work with it, it ( Read more... )

Was kind of of tight. Also think we may need to lengthen the legs.

And New York? Why would you want to set up somewhere that's so crowded?
