I feel like a huge failure as a working mom and wife. I leave very early in the morning, deal with a very mentally and physically demanding class, go to meetings after school, get home around 5 or 5:30, run whatever errands need to be run, try to get some housework done (I have not even had the chance to unpack yet), try and make a semi palatable

i am an at-home mom, no outside work, and i have had the exact same problems.
i don't think anyone is a "Charlie" girl (remember: i can bring home the bacon, fry it up in a pan, and never never never let him forget he's a man!) - it is an illusion.
Your baby is still so young... sleep is scarce. And with work so soon... that you are able to do anything each day is amazing, in my opinion.
Of course, that won't make you feel better inside... but *i* am amazed at what you get done... i don't see you as a failure. And i am not saying that to make you feel better... if anything i feel like a failure because i don't get half done what you do... and i don't go out to work.
