*hugs*

i am an at-home mom, no outside work, and i have had the exact same problems.

i don't think anyone is a "Charlie" girl (remember: i can bring home the bacon, fry it up in a pan, and never never never let him forget he's a man!) - it is an illusion.

Your baby is still so young... sleep is scarce. And with work so soon... that you are able to do anything each day is amazing, in my opinion.

Of course, that won't make you feel better inside... but *i* am amazed at what you get done... i don't see you as a failure. And i am not saying that to make you feel better... if anything i feel like a failure because i don't get half done what you do... and i don't go out to work.

you're definitely a better woman than I am. With all that you said that you take on during the day I don't see you as a failure. You're a superwoman! Noone has the keys to success on balancing home life and work life, but you make due with the time that you have and you make it work. In time you'll see yourself as many of us see you and I know your family appreciates you too. =)
