How can you expect people to gush over you and worry about you if you dont tell them or act like there is anything to worry about?

If you have a problem speak up. People dont always do what you want them to, so if you expect nothing of them, you wont be dissapointed

its like i have tried to talk to ppl about it but i get no reaction. a want ppl to be there for me but it seems like they are all buzy. i know that ppl dont do what i want them to, i dont want them to do what i want them to. but i mean my best mates should be able to tell when i am upset no matter how much i try and hide it or is that just me that can?
