TWO YEARS LATER I AM BACK T__T i've read this like five more times but always on my nook before bed so i didn't want to leave an incoherent comment pls forgive me T__T

i was already primed to love this just from the summary because i never ever expected anyone to actually write anything based off of le visiteur du futur BUT YOU DID tysm and then you started off with baekyeol smoking weed bc you're the best ♥

Chanyeol makes out tanned skin, almost too warm for the season, and a defiant nose and chin offset in between by a cat-like, pursed mouth. this lovely description of tao SMUG FUTURE TAO mood swings.....i love the way you've written tao here, fully realized even though he is a stranger to the reader

Chanyeol thinks about the time Baekhyun spent three days moving every piece of furniture in Chanyeol's room seven centimeters closer to the center of the room, which Chanyeol didn't notice until he opened his wardrobe door, whacking himself in the shin and trapping himself in between his bed and the open door. I'm just laughing at the idea of another Chanyeol running around, crashing into things to warn another Tao (with less references to the end of the world). This was really good, with just the right amount of hope for the present!Tao and Chanyeol friendship to develop, and that hint of sadness for Chanyeol not being able to meet this other blond-haired version again.

I really liked this and how Chanyeol was so comfortable with future!Tao poking into his space without asking for permission. I keep imagining Chanyeol and Tao growing close enough that one day, Chanyeol will look and Tao and realize he's already met the future him. Wish this was longer, but this was perfect too, thank you for sharing this with us!

Just everything about this was so charming and endearing, I loved it a lot. 😍 Future!Tao and Chanyeol's dynamic's was so sweet. If I wasn't already won over from the start that first meeting between them totally got me because what better way to hear about your impending doom than through a spiel from Huang Zitao. This line though: Zitao’s frown deepens. “I don’t smoke. My kungfu teacher always told me my body is a temple.” It is a testament to how used they’ve all gotten to how seriously Zitao takes himself that no one laughs out loud at this statement. I snorted, it's so cute and so Tao. That contrast struck between CY's dynamic with Present!Tao vs. Future!Tao was really interesting, it made that final meeting so sweet to read and the ending even more so ;;
