I had to deliver pizza on Friday in fog that was so thick I thought I was in a Nintendo 64 game. Done with that now though, managed to make a pretty decent amount of money this Christmas break. Christmas was alright, yadda yadda. Going back to school tomorrow, and I'm happy about that ( Read more... )

Zing! In Pilotwings64 I remember not being able to see just about anything until you were practically on top of it. The only contender for fog or pop-up that I can think of was Road Rash 3-D where sometimes, you'd finish the race floating in a weird landscape with no road and random cars would appear and hit you.

Try Superman 64. The "Kryptonite Fog" was infamous, still is.

you know it's bad when the fog in your game is so bad YOU HAVE TO CONSTRUCT THE PLOT AROUND IT.

Heh. Definitely one of the worst. Though I'd cast my vote for Syphon Filter: Omega Strain as the worst I've ever seen. I love a game in which your computer-controlled teammates just SHOOT AT YOU THE WHOLE TIME.

I wish I had gone to see Sodom/Finntroll as well, I suppose I had the chance, but school the next day so I wouldn't have gotten to stay as long as I had wanted to. And Triangular Tattvic Fire is one of my favorite Melechesh songs, niiiiice. If you're near B.B. Kings, did you go see Cryptopsy/Suffocation/Vader/Decapitated there a bit ago?
