I read this psalm yesterday and at the end of it, I couldn't help but feel joy! So many verses leaped out at me. In this one psalm, I saw faith in God, I saw God's love and mercy, I saw God's blessing! It's truly a beautiful prayer

Trust in God

It's a common phrase thrown around. "Lord, I trust in You." Personally, I always remind myself to put my life in my hands. I've realized though that while I say I put life in His hands, the 'life' I offer is just a sum of parts. It seems simpler to trust God with the things that are out of our control. I always felt that I was able to carefully protect myself from being materialistic. I try to constantly remind myself that God has chosen to bless me with material gifts. We're all Children of the Lord.
