after all, it's spring and my last post was last summer, and "now" feels promising. i've been inspired by your journals, to nurture a little writing revival of my own and renew the connections with each of my friends here. as a transformative gesture, i've made my former entries private (that and i'm just awkward about them), but didn't delete them

I love your poetry/lyrics. It's so much more dreamy than mine -- I have trouble writing poetry without a solid picture in mine, which sometimes makes everything too literal.

That picture is absolutely beautiful.

one of the things i love about your poetry is its earthiness and concreteness, imagery. something i am working on in mine. i tend to write from feeling memory first, despite being a very visual person.
