Nearing two weeks since I first arrived in this city.

All the oddities aside, I only have one question.

Has anyone been able to contact anyone from their original locations from within the city? Telephones, e-mail, letters, or otherwise?

Last I checked, the bathroom door didn't lead to that fountain in the square.

Is there a reason why everyone is so scantily dressed? If possible, I'd like to hear a logical reason, but if not that, I imagine anything else will do.
