I don't think Emily and Spencer are on the same wave length, but who cares. Is good.

Thanks! No, Emily and Spencer aren't quite on the same wavelength. I think both of them have a hard time really connecting with people on a personal level (Reid because of his social isolation, Emily because the way she kept moving during her youth). It's interesting to play around with the friendship between two people like that - they don't always get what the other is trying to say or do, but they always mean well.

Thanks! I love writing Rossi scenes, both with him interacting with Reid and when he's fussing about Reid. Rossi's on an emotional journey of his own in this series and he's just starting to realize that...

ok I really liked Dave's reaction, and especially Hotch's description of Rossi a cross between a comic book super-villain and a daddy in a country music song who doesn’t want his little angel going out with some moron (oh yeah I could totally see Hotch's smirk at the tought of himself being said moron) and Dave being kind of an actual present father figure for Reid, it was so cute (and swooping).

the ladies lunch was also a real "fangirl-moment" worth any squeak and delightful small noises that escapes one's mouth when given the privilege to witness a nosebleed moment (*ç*)

the gleefully shriek of “Oh my God, ohmigod! Are you serious?" that was completely how mI reacted at the lunch's meeting completely good, Garcia and JJ are wonderful

Thanks! Hotch knows Dave better than anyone on the team so he knows exactly how he can be at times. I don't know why I love Reid and Rossi interactions so much - maybe it's how they're so similar and yet so different at the same time.

I love when the CM ladies get together outside of the office! One of the best thing about the show is how the female characters are friends and not just friendly coworkers.
