I lost my Simon. He got a lump on his thyroid gland and developed hyperthyroidism. He lost 5lbs very quickly. There was no where close to get him radiation treatment which would have been the best. We tried medication which worked for awhile but he eventually just stopped eating. There wasn't anything we could do. I couldn't bear to see him
