It's amazing to me how time doth indeed fly. I can't seem to get a handle on it sometimes, and find myself with lists of things to do while I sit and watch a movie I have seen before because I adore it (Shawn of the Dead) and can't tear myself away. Interesting banquet last night! I had my first opportunity to see a lobbyist live in person. Amazingly, she was not slick or sleezy, and she was young, enthusiastic, and compelling! I was impressed. I made my life busier still recently by planning a meetup for Yorkies and their owners on April 8th! It was really fun to put it all together! I got folks to donate doorprizes, and worked with the Greensboro Bark Park to arrange to have the Meetup there. We had everything together...except a rain date. My office partner Amber and I put up a booth at the King Business Showcase yesterday, and we WON BEST BOOTH!! Is that cool or what? Our theme was "Booth that makes you feel most at home", (get it?
