Have y'all seen the new We Are The World?  It's lovely.  I'm a total sucker for stuff like that.  However, there's something I can't get over.  it's tons of musicians in a room, singing.  And then there's Vince Vaughn looking really uncomfortable in the back of the crowd?  what the hell is he doing there?

not that I think actors shouldn't be allowed

I read on CNN that it was going to be a live broadcast, but I couldn't figure out exactly what aspect of it was live.

I totally agree- I wonder if his friends are calling him up and making fun of him for participating?

They had lots of actors in the last one, didn't they? He wasn't the only non-singer there?

no, he wasn't. Jeff Bridges was there too, that I saw, and I'm sure there were others that didn't stand out as much. but it was overwhelmingly musicians.
