Okay, I spent a week last summer in a hospital and half of my twelfth year - last year - on depression meds. Only my mom was paranoid anything that might actually help might make me worse, so she kept my dosage low. So, I don't know if anything would actually help. If you're really serious about it, which I can tell you pretty much are, ask whoever you live with about seeing a psychiatrist, and they'll be able to put you on trials and stuff. But keep in mind while you're on the meds that they might make you feel more depressed, so if you are feeling really depressed, call your psych - he'll give you a card and tell you to call anytime you're feeling suicidal or anything - and tell him you want to get off whatever you're on. It didn't work for me because I was never really on, just amusing my mom and wasting my insurance, but I hope it works out for you.
...a year ago, I was in the same spot you are. I felt the same way. I ate what was wrong with the world, and my world. Then I got rid of all of it, just to do it all over again.
Now, I cant tell you that things are going to get better, because I would be lying.
Things are what you make them. You have to be able to pull yourself out of this. Everyone deals with things differently, and no one can tell you how to deal with this. You have to dig deep.
Allow yourself to feel. No matter how badly it hurts. Turn to someone, anyone. You don't have to do this alone.
Just remember that, there is nothing in life you have to do alone.
Im always glad to help. I know Im just another face on LJ, but if you ever need someone to talk to or just vent or whatever. Im here. Keep your head up girl, there are people who would kill to see you fall. Prove every single one of them wrong. Show them how strong you really are.
