ohhh... poor Lisa. Don't worry I feel that like whenever I get up fast or something, I can feel my heart beat, fast or slow. Also, not recently though, but like a few years back I would wake up in the middle of the night TRYING to catch my breath, practically GASPING FOR SOME AIR, NOW THAT WAS SCARY!!! I felt like I was having a mini heart attach or somethin'. But I caught my breath and everything was fine. And don't worry I believe in order for ur heart to stop, it has to beat REALLY FAST and then gives up. Not sure though, but don't worry I don't believe that was abnormal.
