Human emotions can only truly be fully expressed when you look someone in the eye while doing it. Don't worry too much about being able to convey your emotions with text, a skill like that holds little meaning.

You express your emotions much more than you give yourself credit for. You don't need words to desribe your emotions, Andrew. Your body, tone, and expression is enough of a language on it's own. No, not everyone can understand it, but those who are close enough to you probably can.
