Go back about 3 posts - my review is there. Put it this way, it was so good at times I was squealing!!! If anyone was walking by my apt they probably thought I was having some really good something other than tv watching, lol. Its like Buffy meets Dark Shadow - only about Watchers and Nephelim! My chief complaint is that they refer to the Watchers as Nephelim, rather than making a distinction. Eh, it's all in the post...

I don't want to read the post until I see the show, just in case of spoilers. I am so excited about this show, and your good review makes me even more psyched (yikes, how is that for an 80s word?). I will watch it tonight, when I get home from work.

Ha ha - I still say psyched all the time. Yeah, there are spoilers in there... God - the guy that plays Azazael is fucking gorgeous! He's got Nick Cave hands!!! He's a great choice for a Watcher.
There is some great comedy in it. And it's British, so you see a lot more flesh than you do on American prime time tv. I guess the series was a done a while ago, and it's already been cancelled. Which is kind of a bummer, but there are two seasons of it. I mean that's all you could really do of a Watchers story, since they are going at it from the angle of the original story repeating itself in the modern day - Watcher sees girl/girl fucks Watcher/girl gets pregnant/girl births the Nephelim/chaos and mayhem ensues. (That's not a spoiler - that's the premise of the series and what they show on the commercial previews.) But there is a lot more to it than that. Pay attention to the first few minutes, it is important later. Let me know what you think!
Damnit, I just brushed my teeth and I have an uncontrollable urge for scrambled eggs. Argh!
