Oh hai body twin! :D
(I actually think I have slightly smaller measurements on the bust and hips, but we're pretty close! Same height, near the same weight, same waist size. And same shoe size!)

I really want Faith 21 to come to Canadian F21 stores! I'm a fan of the top on you. I think you could get away with wearing it as a dress, actually.

Body twins! Hurray, I love hearing that! :D

I'm not Canadian, but I'm definitely rooting for you guys to get better access to US inbetweenie brands. It sucks that there's no Faith21 up there.

I probably could wear it as a dress, but I'm super nervous about baring my legs that high... even in leggings or tights. I'm hoping I'll get over it soon (the fiance would love for me to flash some gam, LOL), but in the meantime it's all long tunics over jeans for me.

I LOVE these boots!! They're the first affordable boots I've found that fit over my 16" calves. And the wedge heel is ADORABLE. I had to get them a half size up to fit my feet through the tiny ankle, but since they're Target shoes they're a little on the narrow side anyway so they fit great even sized up. I seriously recommend them!

Love those boots - which style are they?

Also where does one get Metrostyle jeans?

The boots are Mossimo Kady boots. They also come in black and brown, but the brown looks a little fakey to me.

Metrostyle is an online-only store, actually. The skinnies I'm wearing in this OOTD are these zipper ankle jeans. They go up to a size 20, but according to their size chart I'M a size 20 and in reality I fit into the 14, so ymmv! :)

I'm so confused about size charts...According to most size charts I'm supposed to be a 16-18, but I generally wear 12-14. I never know what size to order even when there are lots of reviews up that say "true to size". WHOSE SIZE!? Is it size chart size or "I normally wear" size? I can never tell.

I feel like companies should just adjust the size charts to at least vaguely reflect the bodies of the people they mean to fit.

Anyway, I'm quite interested in those jeans...How do they fit in the thighs? I'm an inch or two smaller in the waist and hips than you are, but I'd guess that my thighs are about the same size or a bit bigger.

Also, that tunic is cute and you're making my wallet hand itchy. I like the sleeves and the pattern. *sigh*

That dress/tunic looks cute on you and is one of the few items from the Faith21 catalog that I love. When I tried it on in store, though, sadly it didn't work on me as a tunic *or* a dress. ...Uh-oh, perhaps I'm too fat to be an inbetweenie and too skinny to be on Fatshionista! (I kid, I kid. Sorry. Just attempting a little humor after all the drama.)

I ordered it online and was annoyed by it when I first tried it on: it's a strange shape (well, if "square" can be called strange) and too baggy to be worn as a standalone item. It really needs a belt to make it work at all, I think! And even then it's a little, um, boob-tastic. *cough*

If that's true I think you've entered (dundundun) ~*~The Twilight Zone!!!~*~

i have that dress too! it looks great on you. i love the boots with it.

i'm looking forward to wearing that dress more in the winter...i tried it in warmer months, but whatever synthetic material it's made of always made me sweat obscenely. haha

I so agree. It's just a sad little forlorn sack without one, and so pretty with!
