i'm not sure if this is exactly what the OP had in mind, as it's more Eames' POV, but this is how it happens in my head. one ticket for the jailbait!Arthur train to hell please.Working this case should be the highlight of Eames’ year. It’s the first time a senior partner has asked specifically to work with him. It could set several legal precedents if they win. It could be a very nice stepping stone toward partner for him. It could be a lot of things, but mostly it’s a fucking snake den and Eames has no idea how to get out ( ... )

It’s a warm late-spring day, kind of hot actually, and Eames settles into one of the lounge chairs in the shade to relax a bit while he smokes. He’s just taken the first drag when he hears a splashing noise and looks toward the pool. Arthur is climbing up the ladder out of the deep end, and Eames’ mouth goes dry watching the way the water streams down from his wet hair and over his pale skin, the way his swim trunks are soaked and plastered to his legs, the weight of their wetness tugging the shorts down low on his hips. Arthur nimbly gains the pavement, the water running off him creating a growing dark stain on the sand-colored cement. He pushes his hair back from his forehead and that’s when he looks up and sees Eames. Arthur flashes a quick grin and starts walking toward him; Eames freezes like a deer in headlights ( ... )

I love your details, the water on the sand colored cement, the little wet patch on Eames' trousers from Arthur pressing up against him.

And, 's not like your corrupting him or anything, Eames.

The memo he gets from Diane on Wednesday makes Eames break into a sweat. Most of the staff that had been helping Diane are getting switched over to the big new case the firm just landed. Except Eames - of course except Eames - and Will and Karen, two of the younger associates. "Sorry to do this to you," Diane’s memo adds, "but it looks like none of us are going to get much sleep before the trial starts Monday ( ... )

Eames takes a deep breath to clear his head, but the air gets caught in his throat when he pulls open the bathroom door and Arthur is standing just across the hallway. "Hey Arthur," he says, tripping over the words in more than mild panic.

"Eames," is all Arthur says and then he's right up against Eames, toe to toe, and he smells of pen ink and fabric softener and prep-school pubescence.

"I'm not giving you any cigs if that's what you're after," Eames says, eyes darting to look for an escape route, to look at anything but Arthur's messy hair and his pouty bottom lip and his school uniform necktie.

A smile twists the corners of Arthur's mouth. "Nope, that's not what I'm after." Eames nearly screams when Arthur lifts his hand and runs a finger down Eames' arm.

"Arthur." Eames tries to sound stern but it sounds almost seductive in his ears, which was definitely not his intent. Arthur trails his fingers to Eames' hand and brushes lightly over the sensitive skin of his palm, sending a shiver up his spine ( ... )
