Day One of changing food habits
food intake today 1 nutragrain bar, 1 delmonte mixed fruit, 4 onces of smoked sausage, and a salad with grilled chicken. And 3 diet cokes. I also parked at the far end of the parking lot at school and work and tonight when doing the express check outs I will not use the elevator -

It's June 13 four days after my 47th birthday, I am almost finished with school this Dec. I love my job, I still spoil my dog, and I need to lose 70 pounds.
Not sure how to do that with out getting fixated on my weight and body issues. But I will try something. -

My older sister is going through a divorce. Her husband who has been mentally abusive to her and the kids is being a total asswipe. Yeah I called the cops
There is some big NFL thing in Indy this week. and some of the people are at my hotel. Well this very drunk very large guy comes in demanding that I pay his cab driver and then charge it to his room.
