I'm not sure what anyone else thinks, but am I the only one who's worried that one of these might happen?

No, no, no, and no. No one will offer more money to Derek Jeter than us. Anyone doing so is harming their own team far more than they are sticking it to the Yankees.

Remember, 'sticking it to the Yankees' does not secure you a playoff spot. Having a reasonably paid shortstop that's not declining does.

That's true. Plus, the Met's and the Dodgers can't afford him anyway.
