BAH. I've been saving up to get Brian a Wii for his birthday. Having enough stockpiled almost 2 weeks before his birthday I went to order it today, and THEY'RE OUT OF STOCK EVERYWHERE. Amazon has had them in for weeks, I've been looking since Christmas to see if I could find a good bundle deal, so I know I wasn't imagining anything. I saw one

Toys R Us is a good suggestion, that's where ours was found.

What we did when we wanted one and they were totally out of stock was make a list of all stores that sold them and called the store every day to see if they had gotten any in. It was a pain, but it paid off.
Also, have you checked the smaller stores like Game Crazy, GameStop or EB Games? Kmart? Meijer?
Nintendo seems to go in spurts. They'll make a whole bunch, send them out, and then wait until they all sell out before sending out more. Newegg.com has an ETA date of 2/23/10 for theirs, by the way.

i got mine from the latter. i got a load of games (like 6 games, i think), the wii fit (board and all), 2 wheels (it came with mario kart) 2 nunchucks, 2 controlers, and 4 or 5 covers for them all. i think i paid $250 for everything.
