Today, based on my desire to wear cocktail dresses on a regular basis, I have come up with a plan for my life:
* First, I buy one (or maybe two) of the really pretty dresses that I found today. Even though I don't need them yet, when I do, there will of course be less cute ones in stores. This is how it always works.

I was reading your entry and it made me think about my volunteering at the MFA. It may not be worth it, since you have to apply just to volunteer. There may even be an interview. I had to interview and take a class in order to volunteer for the gallery instructor program. I dropped the class when the work was beginning to pile up for the volunteer class. Just thought I'd let ya know. But good luck! I hope it works out for you! :-)

hmm that does seem like a lot of work to just volunteer. maybe I'll come up with a new plan to find my way into the cocktail party scene

I went to the Philly museum and the pple standing around seemed pretty bored and peon-like. So um yea, maybe a new idea will help.
