I hate the Apple store.
The first time I got my macbook pro fixed due to a malfunctioning CD drive, when I picked it up they had snapped the plastic seam and my computer was not staying shut. They ended up having to replace the entire keyboard and I had to wait for the part to come in ( Read more... ) -
