Don't worry, The Infield Dirt WILL BE BACK. We were threatened with numerous lawsuits for LIBEL and SLANDER and INTERNET LIBEL/SLANDER, but no one can shut us up! We've had spies trailing MLB players all around the country in preparation for the next issue, and of course we've been diligently reading everyone's journals. Heard that Tek's been crying in his beer every night before he has to catch one of Wake's games. Doug's stint on the DL is seriously turning him into an alcoholic.

Also heard that Farnsworth was dropping hints around the Tigers GM that the team would be okay without Ugie as closer. He might even be slipping Prozac into Pudge's food to help him cope with the loss...

I heard SF pitcher Noah Lowry is actually interested in a *THREESOME* with Tomko and his Playboy bunny wife Julia Schultz. Most people just think he's interested in the wife. But in reality I think it's both of them. You can do the legwork to confirm this.

SF shortstop Omar Vizquel had a wild night after watching one of Julia's videos and getting trashed on beer. Latina lady picked him up in a bar, came back to his hotel room and proceeded to emulate the video. Vizquel seemed ashamed the morning after.
