so they wanted me to show them 2 bills in which the full balance has been paid on time EVERY MONTH for a year, without the balance ever going over to the next month ( Read more... )

eeep. i hope it works out alright, john. maybe you can get sorted out with ditech and then change to another company? is that allowed? i have no clue.
it's so stupid that your rent payments don't count. that's ridiculous. one would think that would count most of all, you know?

yeah, thats fucking lame. rent is the biggest bill most people have, so why wouldnt it count!?!

We pay our bills on time. Very rare to miss a payment. That's how we got a good credit rating. Try it, you'll save a lot of money in the long run.

I pay all of the bills now and they get paid on time, John used to wait until he had to pay them. Verizon would have been something we could use but we pay our bills online and there was a computer error that caused the payment not to go through, even though it told me it went through.

well.. they need to see the past 12 months being paid on time.. but we've only had verizon since july
