I'm not entirely sure why, but I've felt the need to emphasize my dislike of children.

Tony awards! I was happy Billy Elliot won, but I wasn't thrilled about Alice Ripley. I met her once and thought she was very pretentious, and it's hard to believe that anyone can beat Sutton Foster. Well, the show's over now. It went pretty well. Nothing catastrophic happened, but there was definitely less energy than there could have been, especially during today's matinee. I always feel like there was something more I should have done to prepare, but at least it's over now ( Read more... ) -

At today's rehearsal for Mother Goosed I found out that I will not be wearing the very pretty dress for which I have been losing weight. The costume lady who was supposed to take in the hem of the dress didn't do it because there was too much fabric for her to work with, so I'm stuck with her old bridesmaid's dresses. Yeah. I am Mother Goose in our school's children's play, Mother Goosed. This means that I get to wear an incredibly gorgeous dress... if I lose about five pounds before the performance at the end of next week.
Very fun, I know. I've pretty much just been doing sit-ups like crazy. I tend to gain or lose weight pretty quickly, though, so I'm not ( Read more... ) -

Cereal with fruit really stresses me out.
Does anyone else feel that way?
It's like I have to have exactly the right amount of cereal and fruit in each bite, because it I don't I'll have something extra at the end and that would just be awful.
