Play rehearsals are rather insane. Not yet- they're only going until about eight or nine at night- but they will be soon. Dress rehearsals start next week, and they'll probably go past midnight. I made it into our school play, which is pretty cool as I'm in the youngest in the cast. Because we're performing in mid-October, we're having rehearsals until seven every day until then. We'll stay longer during dress rehearsal week, of course.

So, my friend from Canada drove down here as an early birthday surprise. It was great to see her again, I just hate surprises. We had a good time, though.
I'm trying to find a new bag for school. I really should get a backpack because I have scoliosis and it would probably be best to keep the weight evenly distributed. I just haven't found ( Read more... ) -

Success! I've been trying for ages to discover why a folder I downloaded in MPEG Layer 3 Audio wouldn't play in Windows Media. That's the usual format for my music files, so I kept looking for some sort of encryption that was preventing me from burning a CD- incorrectly labled or too large files, etc. It was really bothering me, and I even ( Read more... ) -

I'm back from camp, which is nice, I suppose. This summer was a lot more fun than I had expected, and I am glad I went. Having internet access is a huge relief, though, and I was held in suspense about many fan fics for a month.

I am so not excited for camp this year.
I mean, I'm sure it will be fine, but right now I'd rather have decent food, my own bed, and hot showers.
I'm also freaking out about the monologues I'll have to present when I get there. I know I'm probably the worst person in my division, which I'm fine with, but I know that everyone will be judging me ( Read more... )
