oftentimes i strugle to get passed the lyrics to the music that is worth listening to...

Apparently my brain isn't as adept at deciphering individual sources of sound as most others' are. It all just kind of blends together into a conglomerate work unless i'm reading the lyrics and know what words to listen for.
