OMFG.I cannot believe they did that. I am filled, toetip to brainpan, with glee.

If everyone could please watch Flesh and Stone right now and then talk about it, that would be marvellous.

BRB, watching Confidential, then the episode again.

I absolutely loved that episode. Even the Demoness, Duchess of Hades, First Lady of the Inferno, Empress of the Nine Rings, Queen of Hell (my mum) was sufficiently impressed that she kept quiet all the way through, which, let me tell you, is utterly unprecedented (she talks all the way through everything, ever ( ... )

Normally, I watch the Confidential in a half-arsed way because it gets to about Thursday and nothing's on the TV and I am too knackered to do anything but veg out and watch iPlayer. This one, though, had about 25 minutes of writers talking about why Moffat's stories work and I loved that. Matt and Karen were also very cute talking about the end. The rest was the usual tedious shite about wirework. So definitely worth a look but not as fantastic as it promised to be at first.

Wasn't the episode amazing though? I love the way it makes absolutely anything possible now, and if I were a kid I would've absolutely loved all the time stuff and the gravity shenanigans. And the crack UNWRITES people. How scary is that?

God, I need to make icons. It's wrong not to have an Eleven and Amy icon

How good was that? SERIOUSLY. I am just head over heels in love with River Song, and what she said at the end there, it really can only mean one thing, can't it?

The last bit with Eleven & Amy was brilliant. I love that they went there, yet did it in such a way that it's entirely open to interpretation. I am just delighted that Amy gets to be sexually forward in such a fun way.

Moffat writes in a style that my brain likes. A lot.

I am SO EXCITED to watch this.

(It will have to wait, though, because tonight: ROLLER DERBY.)

OMG!!! ::flail::

I missed a lot, I know -- When he's on a roll, Eleven talks even faster than Ten, which I didn't think was possible. But WOW. I loved the hugeness of it all. And the stakes felt real to me, which they haven't on this show for quite a while.

The openness of Amy just launching herself at the Doctor was a breath of fresh air, frankly. That's what I'd do! Fuck subtext, fuck pussyfooting around. Want, take, have.

Duck pond! I instantly thought of you.

The whole thing was amazing, and Amy & Karen Gillan are both so fantastic. Matt Smith brings so much intelligence to his incarnation of the Doctor, it's like I can see the wheels turning in his eyes. And I love the layers that were added to River Song here -- not just backstory hints, but making her more three-dimensional as a character.

Rewatch now, or Confidential first? Decisions, decisions....
