So I haven't had any time this week to see Iron Man OR The Crimson Horror yet, and there's copy-editing to do on Sunday, not to mention the upcoming Neil Gaiman episode, and I come home to this?????

Fortunately it's sounding like this was a false alarm! (But I hope John Hurt is still involved in some way because that would be cool.)

I'm pretty sure that story is from a supposed "whistleblower" (who also claimed the production team were patronising prostitutes, for example), who recanted after a couple of days and said s/he had made it all up.

It was all posted first to ONTD (which really should have been a hint, imho). I believe some posts went to Gallifrey Base as well.

I really, really hope that's a hoax. At this point with all the rumors flying I'm so scared this is going to be a giant mess.

I just hope they pull out a surprise for us and it's a good one. RECRUIT MCGANN!

(I'd pay for stock footage of Two, too. I'm not sure if I could take a recast.)
