My best friend Kendra is in town trying to help me prepare the house for baby Michael. She has completely scoured my (disgusting) kitchen for us because the housework has gotten really, really lax what with my fatigue (etc), and Michael working two jobs. She's an angel. More on the rest of what you wrote, later. Got to finish up some stuff at work and do some errand running at lunch, but I just saw the "keytone mention" and had to comment. No wonder the doc chewed you out. Do be careful!

I know. I didn't do it on purpose. I was so worried about glucose I was cutting out carbs waaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy too much.

Suffice it so say that I'll be eating much more fruit, etc.

I know you'd never do that on purpose. It's like your doctor said, you're just that type. ; )

Now you're just going to have to figure out where you can get mangoes at this time of year. Heh. Those have fiber to spare.

Heartfelt congratulations on kicking the nicotene habit. Bravo. I know how hard it is from seeing more than a few people in my life do it, or try to do it. Stern Stuff™ I knew you had it in you. You just needed the right incentive, and there isn't a better one than pregnancy. Do remember that it is normal to get cravings for for a smoke for even up to five years or so after you quit. The ex claims that they diminish with time though. If you stay off for five years or more, your chances for cancer and other ailments drops down to within the range of people who have never smoked at all ( ... )

although it was unintentional I find it absolutely mind boggliong that a fatigued pregnant woman on near bed rest is using fat for fuel(ketones in urine) girl be careful. Your doing too much more likely then eating wrong, and even still both would be bad get your ass in bed and eat some more.
