yeah, it's legal. we don't ask anything personal beyond age, race, religious preference & attendance, education level, marriage status, and household income (which they can refuse to answer). last week about broke my spirit, but last night was much better, despite the 2 jerks i encountered. i still haven't gotten chewed out by anyone yet, like this one girl did last night. i think she took the right approach to it by laughing it off.
