Summer reading is a bitch, I've been reading most of today. I shall reply to your comments from earlier when I get the chance. You public school kids have it easy, we have to read four books and most of them are eastern translated to English and they're far more boring than any John Steinbeck book...>.This is really random...but the other day when ( Read more... )

Eh. What grade are you going to be in this coming year?

Sorry I never got around to adding you to my friends list >.<
I shall !

What do you guys do with summer reading books when school comes around anyway?

Also, how do you get into honors literature? Because I'm not and neither is my friend coming from a private school.

I'm going into 10th this year.

You have to take a test after a week or two of reviewing the books.

Honors Lit is 2nd semester and your teacher may or may not invite you into the class depending on your grades.

Which books? I read To Kill A Mockingbird a long time ago, and it's fairly good.

*sigh* everyone has to read steinbeck. I guess if you think about it, it could be worse.

but anyway, I'm not trying to be rude but idk dude.. do you think that lady likes the way she looks? I highly doubt it. no one does that to themselves on purpose.

anyway, are you getting your braces off any time soon?

Yes, 'near' October. You?

And it wasn't so much her weight, but what she did later on that made me feel scorn for her...I don't know. She just seemed like such a lowlife. There are fat people who at least care about their appearance and those who slab on clothes that are very unflattering.

'of' mice and men. which i swear, i read(along with to kill a mockingbird) in like sixth grade. lol. they're both good though. (at least i think)

i guess some people don't really care about their apperance. and if you think about it... why should they? if they happen to be overweight, i guess they figure that people are going to judge them and call them rude names anyway. so... whatever.
i don't really feel like starting a debate over this :-P

& you didn't answer my question about the braces!

there is most definitely not nails sticking out of ground at greeley & nista's.
in response to you and maggie's conversation:
i got mine off yesterday. haha!
i hate it when you see all those fat people on the news with their overly obese children, bitching about "look what mcdonald's did to me! not like mcdonald's advertises their food as healthy or anything! and not like i don't give it to them 3 times a day!"
grrrr.
