[oof. Hurtful starscream. I thought we were pals? Again, not really unexpected. Painful, but not unexpected. Cave coughs a bit and stands up. ]
Well, you know, they just invented the language. Americans perfected it.
[Cave gets within range of starscream, dusting himself off. He frowns a bit at one particularly stubborn speck of dust. Damn aliens ruining my shirts.]
You can't really call what we speak the same language anymore really and--- OH DEAR SWEET JESUS WHAT IS THAT!?!
[Cave points in a direction, waits a moment for the robot to shift his gaze, and then attempts to kick a field goal using starscream's crotch. Feel's like a 60 yard kick if it hits.]
[Thank god Soundwave isn't glitched in the spark enough to put genitalia on a hologram (you have to cut corners somewhere), but nevertheless, a kick like that is going to hurt no matter what you put there! He flinches a bit, dropping to his knees and if you look in the sky, the plane starts to back up a tad. Ow ow ow ow ow.]

[He glares up at Cave. It was on like eon-old Donkey Kong. He stumbles to his feet and swings to punch Cave in the face. DOES IT HIT?]
[Cave attempts to dodge, but the bot is too fast and manages to hit him. Thankfully, he avoids the full brunt of the punch, but he still gets a broken nose for the trouble. The pain is excruciating and he is sent reeling to the ground.]
Aaah, Asshole!
[He scrambles to get himself up, picking up a large stone as he does so. He takes a "come at me" position, rock in hand.]
[ Bravely, confidently, Caroline steps between the two men. Her clipboard is tucked under her arm for a moment as she removes a hankerchief and turns her back to Starscream. Gently cupping Cave's cheek with one hand, she holds the cloth just under his nose to stop the black bleeding of ink. ]
Whatever Mr. Johnson has said or done, I apologize on behalf of both of us. [ Her head turns and she looks at Starscream over her shoulder and wavy dark brown hair. ] I'm sure nothing but your ego was damaged.
[ It was clear she also had no intention of getting out of the way as Caroline turned back to Cave and tried to get the man to tilt his head back a little. ]
[Starscream take the blow like a lady like a man, not really making any motion as the clipboard sideswipes him, more just staring at her in shock as his hand gingerly reaches up to the point of impact on his cheek. He's shaking, either from rage or in shock. Did she just...strike him?!]

[To be honest, Caroline would have been flat on her bum if Starscream went through with his feelings, but much like how he was with Soundwave, he knew striking her would cause more problems than solve them.
[With the adrenaline still pumping, Cave hasn't quite realized just how painful his broken nose is. Or the fact that his blood isn't the right color.]
Yes, I bet you do, getting smacked around by women and tricked by more intelligent beings doesn't leave you much room for free time, does it? Good lord, no wonder my kick didn't put you down for good. You'd need balls for that, and clearly only one of us have them!
With one swift movement he shoves Caroline out of the way. She'll hit the ground pretty hard, but since she's not his target she won't be needing a hospital bed of any kind.

[ She gets up and walks over, communicator up and in hand. though her moments are realitivly calm, her face shows all her anger. ]

[ On the screen of her communicator is Optimus' call number, her thumb hovering over the send button. ]
[Oh well played, sir. Starscream raises his eyebrow at the communicator. ...That would not be good. All she'd have to do was tell Optimus a human was in danger and he would come running. And he was not ready for a full on assault.
Reluctantly, he lets Cave go, but not before kicking him in the same delicate area that Cave oh so nicely placed his drop kick moments ago. Yeah, you thought you'd get off scott free, didn't you.]

[Cave would have SO many things to say here, were his adrenaline rush not abated by the intense pain of the blow. As is, he just sort of crumples to the ground, not able to stand at the moment. The word "Microwave" can be distinctly heard among the various mumbled words Cave is attempting to say.]
