But seriously, I think that -- except for in extreme cases, and you have such a multilayered and complex view of the world that I doubt you'd be one of them -- no matter where you end up, you'll find things you like and things you wish were different. If you do end up realizing a school isn't right for you, don't underestimate the opportunity to transfer.. it's an arduous process but I know a few transfers here who are really glad they made the choice. But just remember that you're competent enough to have gotten this far and you're capable of making this decision. Have faith in yourself, listen to your gut, and you will be fine. Good luck. :)
I'd give you advice, but I dont know you well enough. But once you make that final decision, it'll feel wonderful, so you'll be fine. Pick Northfield! Hopefully you applied to St. Olaf rather than Carleton, because St. Olaf is for the cool kids... XD
