since having my birthday I've just wondered why people can't treat each other like it's their birthday everyday. i know it's not practical but seriously, it would be a lot nicer. i don't know, it's just this feeling of it all being over; it takes me back to the way it was.

My trial was not at all a trial, it consisted of Ashley and I waiting and waiting and waiting, only to be told that I have to come back ANOTHER time for a REAL trial WITH a fucking wonderful court appointed lawyer.
