So it's the mid-autumn festival again and needless to say, the ubiquitous mooncakes have started to make their appearance in my kitchen (not that I'm complaining).  I remember being brought, as a kid, to our favourite bakery (dai zhong kok) and always getting a baked piggy to myself every year.  heh
