No, I'm not suddenly turning mystic here but I would like to take up meditation classes.

Does anyone know of any?  Does yoga have a meditative aspect to it?

So a monday evening saw me hitting the gym again (like a lump of lard dropped from the 25th floor - SPLAT!).

Indulge me for a moment but I must say exercise is really good for the soul and the body(?) - I revel in pain.

I've been weak and stupid again.

It's time to re-focus and re-prioritise my time again.   

Sometimes, you feel like crawling under the bed and staying there.
