Four and a half hours is a long-ass time for something as simple as French onion soup. Delicious, but Scott's definitely got me beat in the "photogenic recipes" category. The caramelized onions look kind of like poop.

taylor got captured by the syrian government after trying to jump the border. so he's ok, and this story ends pretty much how you'd expect from him.
