Week of doom!
So luckily I'm not completely going nuts over my work anymore. Spanish test went well yesterday, orgo is tonight, and I've gotten to the point where I don't quite think there's any more I can do about my physics exam tomorrow. Hopefully it won't be nuts like the practice tests. I hope I do ok on it *crosses fingers* Been studying for econ and bioe ( Read more... ) -
'Tis been a busy week
And to be a busier weekend. Pretty much got swamped by work this week, so Pierogie Day for Harry Potter Club was a nice interlude before having to work all weekend. I have discovered that I like Nicole's cheese pierogies (though I can only eat two before getting full) and that I really don't like the sauerkraut ones. Gah...physics
Sooooooooooo...if you hadn't noticed yet, the evils of physics are finally catching up to me. The lecturer is breezing though all the material, whether it is in the book or not, and I'm not really understanding it. Thus it is reflected in the homework which makes no sense whatsoever. Oy back from spring break
The transition back to classes has been...rather jarring. Going from relaxing almost 24/7 to six classes is basically like jumping out of a plane (acceleration-wise). Physics seems like it's going to be a bore, and I'm not quite sure why I took six classes now because it always seems like there is more work. End of the week...
Finished a draft of my technical writing paper yesterday so that was good. Also got an unpleasant email from the physics department reminding me that the course was starting Tuesday, and, oh yes, the sole midterm is scheduled for the first week in April when I already have four other midterms. Back home!
My exam went well yesterday (at least the multiple choice part) miraculously for which the grade showed up in my email this morning. 96 for the multiple choice, which is a good start since I kind of flubbed at least one question on the short answer section ( Read more... ) -

And I cannot wait. Had a nice Valentine's Day today punctuated by a very cute e-card from Will and lots of chocolate (both giving and receiving). The shop Chocolate Madness downtown is awesome.
